Description
I’m Talking About Jerusalem by Arnold Wesker.
This play, the final part of Wesker’s trilogy, follows Ada and her husband Dave as they move to rural Norfolk to live off the land and build a socialist utopia. The play explores their idealistic hopes and the harsh realities of their experiment, as they struggle with isolation, financial difficulties, and the disapproval of their family and friends. Despite their challenges, they remain committed to their dream, even as it becomes increasingly clear that their vision of a perfect society may be unattainable.
