Here we have the last will and testament of Sarah (Thuiza) Martin of East Donyland Essex who appointed her niece Emily Maria Dyer to be the executor and sole beneficiary of her estate. The will is dated 1887 whilst the probate states Sarah passed on 26th April 1890
Both documents are on vellum, the will measures 43cm x 36cm with the Court of Justice letter measuring 34cm x 26cm. Both documents are sealed together. and includes the court of justice seal attached at the bottom.
It is interesting to see Sarah had signed her will with an X and her total estate was worth £11-17-0
