This is the biography of a Victorian Parson, the Reverend Henry Thompson. He was born in 1841 and educated at Blackheath and Corpus Christi, Cambridge, before his ordination in 1865. He spent a while teaching at his father’s school at Shooters Hill and then served as vicar at Farnham and Aldeburgh in Suffolk.
