Condition: Beige covers which are in a good condition with minor bumping to spine. Clean pages with just a couple of light pencil marks. Ex libris with sticker to inside front and rear cover showing the previous book owner as Arthur Lumsden Bedingfeld. There is a paper cutting from May 1956 regarding a New Royal Coat of Arms for Parliamentary publications. This has caused page 1 and the opposite blank page to brown where the cutting has laid.
