Description

The Reluctant Cook is the second volume in the now famous trilogy of “Reluctant” books. In the first chapter the author confesses that her book is going to cheat a little because its purpose is not to show you how to dodge cooking, but how to simplify the job so that you will like doing it and not want to dodge it, promising that by the elimination of unwanted effort you will have so much time and energy to spare you can take up golf or archery.
